Tracy Bauer

Tracy Bauer鈥檚聽30-year career is rooted in her passion for athletics and her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Performance Exercise Specialist, Pilates, Functional Movement, and Integrative Nutrition. Her students love her energy, humor, attention to detail, and strong leadership, which help them focus on quality movement and commitment to their practice.

I consider myself a pretty fit person (yoga, bike, hike, lift) but when I started doing the BodyWorks classes with Tracy, I found muscles that hadn鈥檛 been participating 馃槀! Such a spicy 25 minute workout, I love it.
